First was the Helmet Number Plate (Motorcycle License Plate on Helmet) and then came the Ban on Motorcycle Riding Tandem, and now this comprehensive AO that governs the overall Operation of Motorcycles on Highways wherein, no modifications shall be made to a motorcycle unless approved and within the guidelines of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The Administrative Order AHS-2008-015, named as the “RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE USE AND OPERATION OF MOTORCYCLES ON HIGHWAYS”, is surely a sight to behold in the eyes of the motorcycling communities in the Philippines.
